Yahya Karabaş, who was tortured for 4 days after being detained by the soldiers in Kozluk district of Batman, was taken into custody once again.

Karabaş was detained this time on the grounds that there was new evidence in the investigation file. He went to Batman Provincial Gendarmerie Command with his lawyer Bahar Demir.

It is expected that Karabaş will be brought to the prosecutor's office today after his statement to the gendarmerie.
