KDP forces' repression against imprisoned activists from Behdinan continues. Herîwan Îsa, one of the Behdinan activists, was taken to a solitary cell and went on hunger strike to protest the decision. Eyaz Kerem joined the protest.
Ayhan Said, the lawyer for the imprisoned activists, said: “Herîwan Îsa was taken to a single cell on the pretext that he was taking some medical drugs. However, the prison administration itself gave these drugs to Îsâ and they passed the doctor's control. Herîwan Îsa and Eyaz Kerem went on hunger strike against this injustice. There are some dangerous aims behind this psychological pressure on the imprisoned activists from Behdinan. What happened is against the principles of human rights.”
