Another woman murder was committed in Istanbul on International Women’s Day.

A woman from Azerbaijan, Diyar Bengitay (40), who left her children with her husband and found shelter for one night in a private clinic in Pendik after leaving her home was shot four times by Öner Bengitay who defended himself saying ‘I killed her because she slandered me.’
