The Norwegian Bashur Committee organised a protest against violations of human rights, the arrest of journalists and violations of freedom of expression in South Kurdistan. The protest was held in front of the Norwegian Parliament.

Speakers at the protest said that the South Kurdistan administration should respect freedom of expression and democratic rights, and release the journalists and politicians they arrested.
