In the trial of 17 minors who were arrested on May 26, 2016 at the time of the curfew following their evacuation from Nusaybin, the second trial took place at the 4th Heavy Penal Court in Mardin. Minor defendants attended the trial from prison via the SEGBIS video system. The teenagers denounced torture by Turkish security forces they were subjected to during evacuation from the district center.
The trial was adjourned to June 28 with a court order for the continuation of detention.
