The guerrillas continue their resistance against the Turkish invasion in southern Kurdistan with determination. According to HPG, 17 soldiers were killed and the Turkish army continues to use chemical weapons against guerrilla positions.

According to the Press Centre of the People's Defence Forces (HPG), the resistance against the Turkish invasion in the Medya Defense Zones is being continued with great determination by the guerrillas in the tunnel facilities and in mobile units. During the latest guerrilla actions in the regions of Avaşîn, Metîna and Zap, 17 members of the invading Turkish forces were killed and four others were injured. The guerrillas destroyed three surveillance cameras and a radar system of the Turkish army. The tunnel facilities were attacked by the Turkish army 37 times with explosives and 24 times with chemical warfare agents.
