At least four civilians have died and around 50 people were wounded in the blast that hit a police vehicle passing by the Public Hospital in Kızıltepe district of Mardin Wednesday evening.

Bodies of those killed in the blast are being held at the scene before the arrival of crime scene investigation teams.
