An Afghan national man has frozen to death while he was trying to cross the Iran-Turkey border Sunday night in the Bardaklı (Taxlika) village in Ağrı’s Doğubayazıt district. The man’s frozen body was discovered by villagers in the morning, then later taken away by soldiers.
