“On Dec 6, 2017, 25 years old kolbar Idris Bayazidi, from the village of Sangan (Osnouyeh) and married with a son, died because of the snow and the blizzard at the ‘Shatre heights’ on his way back from the border area”, an informed source Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN).

“His body was found on Thursday, December 07 after several hours of search at ‘Shatre’ heights by a group of local people who had had found out he was missing”, the source added.

In the last ten days, this is the second kolbar who has lost his life due to cold in the city of Oshnavieh. On Nov 28, Abdullah Mostafavi had lost his life on his way back from the border due to darkness and cold.
