HDP Şırnak MP Leyla Birlik,who was detained in Mardin's Midyat district, and Diyarbakır MP Nursel Aydoğan, who was detained in Şırnak, have been taken to Şırnak Courthouse after their detention as a result of house raids lat night.

Following the procedures at Prosecutor's Office in the absence of lawyers, both deputies have been referred to a court with a demand for their arrest.

On the other hand, HDP Şırnak MP Ferhat Encü, who was detained in Istanbul, is expected to be brought to Şırnak Courthouse for procedures.
