After a curfew was declared in Kaynartepe Neighborhood of Amed’s Bağlar District, the special war forces of the AKP who laid siege to the neighborhood but were met with the people’s resistance, opened fire from street corners where they could not enter. Due to gunfire towards the neighborhood streets, one child was shot in his back in the 231st Street. The child was hospitalized by the help of locals.
In the statement issued by the District Governorate, a widened curfew was put in place that includes the area between Gürsel and Cemiloğlu Avenues and Bağlar Dörtyol, and the whole of Nükhet Coşkun Avenue.
