Curfew in Silvan and Siirt countryside
The Turkish state has declared curfews in the countryside of Siirt province and Amed’s Silvan district amid preparations for military operations in both regions.

Diyarbakır Governorate has declared a curfew in Çaldere (Fişat) village and Kaso hamlet in Silvan district of Amed. The curfew that went into effect at 06:00 Thursday morning and will last until a further notice was reportedly imposed due to an operation to be carried out by the Turkish army in the region where military activities have begun already.
On the other hand, another curfew has been declared in 8 villages where the Turkish army will start an operation in the rural areas of Siirt province.
The curfew involves Sarıtepe, Tuzkuyusu, Kayacık, Karakuyu, Çevre and Ekinli neighborhoods under Siirt and the villages of Engin and Çevrimtepe in Baykan district.
According to local sources, the army has started preparations for an operation in the mentioned areas.
