Êzîdî House official Pîr Qero said the Êzîdî people were left alone in 3 August 2014 genocide, and KDP means nothing to Êzîdîs.

In a statement to the press on Mount Shengal, Êzîdî House official Pîr Qero underlined that 12 thousand peshmerga fighters who left Êzîdîs alone on 3 August 2014 will never gain acceptance in Êzîdî lands once again.

Pîr Qero stated that; “We have one actual enemy, and that is the KDP which now wants to buy us off after selling us out to the enemy when the genocide took place. The peshmerga seized our arms, let alone give us arms when ISIS attacks first began. We will never forget or accept the fact that 12 thousand peshmerga fighters left us into the arms of the enemy and fled without firing a single bullet. We will never forget about our mothers, girls and children who were massacred or taken prisoner by the ISIS, for which only the KDP government remains responsible. We do not want the KDP in these lands. Our Êzîdî people should know very well that we will not allow the KDP to buy us off anymore.”
