The fire started by Turkish bombardments in Dersim countryside is growing.
Bombardments by Turkish helicopters started a fire three days ago in Uzuntarla area in Dersim’s Pülümür district. The fire has spread up to the hills of mountains in the region.
The fire is growing in the village of Kerwar near Uzuntarla. Reports suggest that Turkish troops are denying access to the region as the villages affected by the fire are empty and involved in the “security zone”. The locals rushing to the scene to fight the fire have also been obstructed by the Turkish forces.
