Gerîla TV released footage from an action in which guerrillas under YJA-STAR (Free Women’s Troops) destroyed an armored vehicle of the Turkish army at 11:30 on November 23.

According to the related statement of HPG Press Office, the armored vehicle was targeted by YJA-STAR guerrillas as it headed from Giryareş outpost towards Gite outpost in Silopi district of Şırnak province.

The armored vehicle was destroyed as a result of the action, while the number of dead and wounded soldiers couldn’t be clarified.

In the wake of the action, Turkish forces shelled the area with tank and mortar fire and the guerrillas turned back to their base safely.
