HPG and YJA-Star guerrillas pointed to the 40 year long gains the PKK made and said they will do what they need to do to make the 41st year the year of victory.

HPG and YJA-Star guerrillas spoke to the ANF. Congratulating the founding of the PKK for the martyrs, peoples of Kurdistan and all peoples, and Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan held under strict isolation in Imrali, the guerrillas stated their resolve for the struggle once more.

EITHER SUCCESS, OR SUCCESS!

Hêvidar Sirvan: The struggle has continued for 40 years. The whole world is watching us. The hegemonic powers are always waiting for the PKK to end, but paths light up for the PKK in all tough times. Great lunges are made covering the distance as a movement. We always have a response for the enemy. We are here. We are hundred times more resolute against the enemy aiming to destroy us. For us there is no alternative but ‘Either success, or success’.

DEEP ROOTED SPIRIT BASED ON FREE LIFE

Cekdar Artês: When we say PKK we think of spirit, will, ardour, hope, life, freedom and the struggle of the Kurdish people. For the last 40 years, the Turkish state has attacked the Kurdish people, the Freedom Movement and the guerrilla with dirty methods. Psychological and special war concepts have continued since 1978. And the PKK enters its 41st year, with successes racked up each year. They can’t prevail against the PKK because the PKK is adeep rooted spirit based on free life.

PKK DOESN’T END, KEEPS GROWING

Hûseyin Taxikê: The struggle and the resistance are there for all to see. The enemy says they will end the PKK every year. But the PKK keeps growing. The actions the guerrillas carry out, the resistance of the Kurdish people is there for all to see. The enemy can speak of this forever, but it’s not important for us at all. Whatever happens, this 41st year will be the year of victory for us. The enemy has already been defeated in the free mountains. They have no strength. They have nothing left but tanks, artilleries and jets. Our fight will continue until the end.

THE ENEMY IS COLLAPSING

Xalis Amed: November 27 brought many great changes when it emerged on the scene of history. After the martyrdom of comrade Haki Karer during the group phase, our Leader decided to found a party. This decision toppled the status quo in Kurdistan and the Middle East. On November 27, a people stook up again. The struggle developed with the labor of our Leadear and our martyrs. The enemy’s social, political and military collapse in Kurdistan is there for all to see. That is why the crises in the Middle East are not resolved, but the 41st year of the PKK will be the year of victory for the Kurdish people, the peoples of the Middle East and the oppressed peoples. We as the HPG guerrillas and militants of the PKK and the Leader aim for the Leader’s freedom in the 41st year of the PKK.

IT’S A PRIVILEGE TO BE A MILITANT

Nûda Sason: The PKK has put its mark on history in every sense. The resistance spirit of the people manifested in the PKK has resurrected and peaked. We are finishing our 40th year and celebrating our 41st because of our martyrs. It is such a privilege for us to be the militants of this movement.
