Turkish military has started a heavy shelling against wheat silos in Girê Spî city of West Kurdistan, Rojava.

An ANHA (Hawar News Agency) reporter said that Turkish troops at Akçakale border have launched a heavy gunfire with A-4 machine guns targeting the wheat silos 2 km west of Girê Spî at 21:10 local time today.

According to reports, tonight's attack is the heaviest one conducted by the Turkish army on the borderline since 24 October 2015. The shelling by Turkish forces is reported to be going on.
