HPG Media Center announced that guerillas carried out an action against soldiers at the Mamreş, Bezelê, Zeytê and Tepê Çete areas and Grana outpost on the border of Gever and Şemdinli district in Hakkari with heavy weaponry on June 14. HPG stated that one A4 position and one tank were destroyed during the action, and the numbers of dead and injured soldiers have not yet been clarified.

HPG noted that Turkish soldiers withdrew to Tepê Çete outpost after the action, and 2 soldiers were killed during the action.

ACTION AGAINST THE TANK BRIGADE IN DİCLE

HPG Media Center stated that guerillas carried out an action against the tank brigade in Amed’s Dicle district at 16:30 on June 13, and 3 soldiers were wounded during the action.

HPG stated that guerillas carried out an action against the District Gendarme Command in Bitlis’ Tatvan district at 01:00 on June 14, and a tower, an armored vehicle and a petroleum storage unit were effectively hit during the action. The numbers of dead and injured soldiers have not yet been clarified.

HPG said that guerillas ran into Turkish soldiers in the Nanivan region of Bitlis’s Hizan district on June 14, but reached their base despite the clashes with the soldiers.

HPG noted that guerillas carried out an assassination action against the İskambu outpost in Siirt’s Şirvan district at 18:20 on June 14, and one soldier was killed during the action.

ATTACK ON GUERILLA ZONES

The Media Center announced that Turkish warplanes bombarded the Tabura Ereba area and Martyr Rızgar hill of Medya Defense Zones’ Avaşin region between 15:30 – 16:00 and 22:30 – 23:00 on June 14, respectively, and the Werxalê village of Zap at 15:50 on June 14.
