HPG said in a written statement that AKP chair of Amed's Dicle district, Deryan Aktert, was “punished by a guerrilla unit for his engagement in the fascist AKP state's massacre and genocidal and dirty plans and acting as an agent against the Kurdish people” at 23:00 on October 10.
