According to a statement by People's Defense Forces Press Office (HPG-BIM), at least 4 soldiers were killed and 6 others were wounded in clashes in Tınegrat area in the rural areas of Amed's Dicle district on November 5.

On November 6, two more soldiers were killed and four others were killed in a sabotage action conducted by guerrillas against the Turkish troops getting prepared for an attack around Şeyh Sait Martyrs' Cemetery. While a part of the troop withdrew from the scene yesterday, the remaining groups are reported to be laying ambushes in the area.

During the operation in the area where bombardments are going on, Turkish soldiers demolished a part of the cemetery and the mosque in the graveyard.

HPG said connection has been lost with a guerrilla unit during the clashes in this area, adding that detailed information about the fate of the guerrillas will be announced once available.

ACTION AGAINST MALABADİ GUARD POST

Guerrillas conducted an action against the Turkish troops that headed to rural areas from Malabadi guard post in Amed's Silvan district yesterday. The number of casualties suffered by the Turkish army couldn't be verified.

TWO SOLDIERS KILLED IN ŞEMDİNLİ

One other action by guerrillas targeted Helena guard post in Hakkari's Şemdinli district, which left 2 soldiers dead.

HPG provided the following details regarding the bombardments and aerial activities conducted by the Turkish military;

Lice military battalion shelled Sisê area at 12:20 yesterday.

Hill Martyr Gafur at the borderline of Oremar area in Hakkari's Yüksekova district was shelled by Cobra helicopters at 09:30 yesterday.

Turkish jets bombed Hill Martyr Rahime between 20.00 – 21.00 yesterday.

UAVs of the Turkish army performed reconnaissance flights over the borderline between 18:00 yesterday and 11:00 today.

Hill Maymun and Vacip guard posts and Gülyazı Artillery Regiment at the border to Heftanin area of Medya Defense Zones shelled the areas of Derîyê Dawetîya, Gırê Nêrîya, Dola Bêtalma, Kêlık and Martyr Şêxmus between 20.00 – 22.30 yesterday.

Hill Sor guard post affiliated to Çukurca Brigade shelled Martyr Şoreş, Mrtyr Mazlum and hill Hakkari areas at the border to Metina between 23.00 – 00.00 yesterday.

Bilican guard post at at the border to Zap region of Medya Defense Zones shelled Devê Masi and surrounding areas between 16.00 – 20.00 yesterday.

Eriş guard post shelled the areas of Xeregol and Canmeda between 17.00 – 17.30 yesterday.

HPG-BIM said Turkish UAVs performed reconnaissance flights over;

- Zap region between 12.00 – 16.30 yesterday, and from 21:00 yesterday evening till 07:00 this morning.

- Metina area between 00.00 – 06.00 today.

HPG also reported an intense activity of Turkish jets between over Metina area between 00.00 – 06.00 today.
