According to information obtained from guerrilla sources, on the evening of 20 June, the Turkish soldiers located in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were targeted by mobile teams attacking from different sides.

It was learned that 29 soldiers were killed and 2 others were injured in the series of actions carried out using hand grenades and snipers.
