HPG Press Office issued a written statement on recent guerilla actions and clashes. In its statement, HPG said that guerillas shelled the soldiers positioned on Koordine hill in Hakkari’s Çukurca district at 16:30 on November 29. The number of dead and injured soldiers couldn't be clarified.
1 soldier was killed in a targeted action by guerrillas targeting the same group of soldiers on Koordine hill at 10:30 on November 29.
At 13:00 on November 30, guerillas carried out another action against the same military unit but the number of dead and injured soldiers couldn't be clarified. Soldiers randomly shelled the area after the action.
HPG announced that the Turkish army sent a military convoy of nearly 40 vehicles to Ertuş village in Hakkari’s Çukurca district at 09:00 on November 30, and the majority of the convoy is reported to have moved on to Elişêr hill.
Lastly, HPG stated that Turkish soldiers ended their operation in the Zerzan region of Hakkari’s Şemzinan district and retreated from the area on November 28.
