HPG: Turkish airstrikes on guerrilla zones continue

According to the daily statement by People's Defense Forces Press and Communications Center (HPG-BIM), Turkish warplanes carried out bombardments on Medya Defense Zones on April 2nd. Turkish jets bombed Kunişka and Martyr Munzur area in Zap region, and Şuşanê village and Xakurkê bridge in Xakurkê region of guerrilla zones.
On the other hand, guerrillas carried out actions against the Turkish army in Northern Kurdistan.
YJA-Star (Free Women’s Troops) guerrillas targeted the Şkêr outpost in Hakkari’s Çelê (Çukurca) district at 10:30 on April 2nd. Guerrillas hit the buildings and emplacements in the outpost and the number of soldiers killed or wounded here couldn’t be clarified.
At 10:00 on April 1st, guerrillas hit the Turkish soldiers on Koordine hill in Çukurca countryside. While the Turkish emplacements here were hit effectively, the number of casualties among Turkish soldiers couldn’t be clarified.
On April 1st, guerrillas carried out a series of sabotage actions against Turkish military unity in Adılbeg area in Hakkari’s Şemzînan (Şemdinli) district. The number of soldiers killed or wounded here couldn’t be clarified either.
