The Iraqi government and Southern Kurdistan government have reportedly agreed on the hand-over of the Khabur border crossing to Iraqi forces.
During the weekend, a delegation from Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) held talks over the hand-over of border gates and airports to Baghdad and withdrawal of the Peshmerga to pre-2003 borders. The latest meeting took place in Mosul Saturday evening.
