Kurdish cameraman Ekrem Şerîf’s throat was slit in the village of Hewt Texarî in Kirkuk’s Dakuk district last night. While there is no information yet about the perpetrator(s), KDP media claimed that he was killed by Hashd al-Shaabi.

Şerîf, father of three, was working for Kurdistan Democrat Party’s (KDP) television network Kurdistan TV.
