Kurdish politicians in custody for 26 days referred to court

Kurdish politicians and Co-Mayors in Siirt that have been held in custody for 26 days were referred to court today.

13 politicians including HDP Eruh District Co-chair Nimet Dayan, Eruh Co-mayors Eda Kilis and Hüseyin Kılınç, and DTK member Şirin Batur will appear in Siirt Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office today after 26 days in custody.

On the other hand, DBP Şirvan district administrator Zeki Cengiz and Ramazan Sidimi, who had been detained on November 10, were charged with “membership to a terrorist organization” and “abetting and aiding a terrorist organization” and arrested by Eruh Court on duty.
