Lawyers that came to Diyarbakır Courthouse to monitor the procedures of HDP Co-chairs and deputies have been attacked and battered by police.
Procedures continue for HDP Co-chairs Selahattin Demirtaş and Figen Yüksekdağ and deputies Ziya Pir, Gülser Yıldırım and Sırrı Süreyya Önder at Diyarbakır Courthouse after their detention as a result of house raids last night.
The lawyers that came to the courthouse to follow the procedures at the court were subject to an intervention and attack by police.
Having already taken intense measures at the Courthouse, police tried to obstruct the lawyers and battered the lawyers as they tried to enter the building.
While lawyers react to the police attack, tension is growing in and around the courthouse where dozens of policemen have been stationed on every floor.
