Speaking here, HDP MP Feleknas Uca protested the ongoing imprisonment of HDP deputies, remarking that people of Van will give the AKP a lesson again on June 24.

Uca pointed out that the plans of those, who believe will achieve a result by banning everything, will be frustrated at the ballot on June 24. She continued; “Now, they are afraid of our alliance with our people. They are so much afraid that they do not end the State of Emergency even. However, their fears will come true and HDP will enter the parliament with 100 seats this time. We will work too much and achieve this. Those Kurds who vote for the AKP (Justice and Development Party) should know that AKP is held hostage by the MHP (Nationalist Movement Party). There is no alliance in question there. It is the MHP that is ruling the country at the moment.”

Following speeches, the May Day celebration ended with music performance.
