“SOLDIERS STOPPED US FROM PUTTING THE FIRE OUT”
The villagers said they have been stopped from fighting the fire that broke out yesterday. The villagers said the firefighters of the Silopi Municipality were only able to put the fire out after they were allowed to enter the area with a permit from the district governorate.
