In Gever (Yüksekova) district of Hakkari where attacks by police forces and resistance by the people continues since last night, police killed a youth Friday afternoon.

A youth by the name of Azad, in his twenties, lost his life as a result of fire opened by police from armored vehicles as the conflict in the district gets heavier.

Reports say that the youth's head was hit by many bullets and fell to pieces.

Police units have retreated from the scene where people have started to gather.
