Turkish fighters jets have continued their bombardments on Qandil area of Medya Defense Zones in South Kurdistan territory yesterday.
Wednesday's airstrikes have once again targeted the area between Pirdeshal and Zergelê villages of Qandil, which affected the civilian residential areas and the power lines transforming electricity to the Binarê Qandil area were cut.
Turkish aircraft also targeted the huge poster of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan which guerrillas had placed on a slope near Qandil mountains.
Youths from Binarê Kandil have today replaced the ruined poster with a new one, and condemned the increasingly ongoing attacks of the Turkish state as they chanted ‘Bijî Serok Apo’ [Long Live Öcalan].
