The operation of Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF or QSD) in southern countryside of Hesekê city continues in its 15th uninterrupted day.

The joint Syrian Democratic Forces have liberated the refugee camp 2 km to the south of Hawl town where they seized control from ISIS yesterday.

The refugee camp which was built in 1991 was entirely taken under control following an offensive earlier this morning. Mop-up activities in the area have been finalized.

In the meantime, SDF combatants have also taken control of the Dennun village 700 meters to the north of Hawl town.
