18-year-old Mehmet Dinç, who lives in the village of Yeşilova in Hakkari's Degik district, was shot in the leg as a result of the fire opened by the soldiers. He was grazing his sheep this evening when he got shot. Dinç was taken to the hospital.

Şahap Şendol (23) and Celil Ekinci (17) were injured as a result of the fire opened by the soldiers on May 18 in Degik. Şahap Şendol's 2 fingers were amputated and Celil Ekinci had 3 surgeries. Şendol continues to be treated in a hospital in Duhok.
