The operation of HPG and YBŞ forces to liberate Shengal countryside continues after the liberation of the town centre on 13 November.

The 20 km range of Kolik mountain, which has a strategic position between Mount Shengal and Mount Kezwanan in Rojava, has been liberated this morning in the wake of one-week encirclement. The mountain which connects Rojava to Shengal is under control of HPG and YBŞ forces now.

HPG and YBŞ Command is expected to release a detailed statement in the coming hours.
