Students in Rojhilat protest against attacks on kolbars
With a sit-in action, students of Elame University protested against attacks of the Iranian regime forces on kolbars.
Students from Elame University in the Iranian capital Tehran have protested against the attacks of the Iranian regime on kolbars .
During the sit-in action, students carried banners reading "Bread, Labor, Freedom," "Life for Bread, Labor for Life" and "Freedom for Reza Şehabî" and read out the names of the kolbars who were murdered in the border area by Iranian security forces.
Afterwards the students evaluated their further action plan.
Kolbars are load carriers in the border trade. Cross-border trade is the main source of income for many villages in the border region of southern and eastern Kurdistan.
