Bitlis Governorate announced that governor Ahmet Çınar has been appointed as trustee to Bitlis Municipality to replace Bitlis co-mayor Hüseyin Olan, who has been arrested and charged with “membership in an organization” by Bitlis Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.
