Turkey deploys troops to Southern Kurdistan

The occupying Turkish state has dispatched military forces to Southern Kurdistan via Üzümlü Border Crossing in Çukurca.

The occupying Turkish state, which continues its political and diplomatic activities within the scope of new occupation plans, continues its military preparations as well.

While both Turkish troops and KDP forces under the name of Iraqi Border Guard Units are deployed to the guerrilla areas in southern Kurdistan (northern Iraq), it was reported that the Turkish state dispatched military forces to Southern Kurdistan through Üzümlü (Deştan) Border Crossing in Çukurca district of Hakkari yesterday evening.

According to the reports, the force sent to the region was deployed in the vicinity of Barox village in Kanîmasî sub-district of Duhok.

Military activity continues in the region.
