As the military campaign to liberate Manbij launched on June 1st has left one month behind, fighters of the Manbij Military Council have captured an ammunition depot ISIS gangs used as a sabotage center on the southwestern front of the city.
A number of mines and materials used in mine production have been found in the depot, in addition to Turkey- and international patented explosives. These include chemical-protective gloves and masks, TNT, mortars, katyusha and many other ammunition. Mines and explosives made by the gangs themselves were also found in the depot.
The explosives produced by gangs here have been used against Manbij Military Council fighters to hinder their street to street and house to house advance.
Combatants continue making advances in the city.
