People's Defense Forces Press Office HPG-BIM reported that Turkish army operations in Binbir and Oremar areas of Hakkari's Yüksekova district are going on.

The statement informed that troops at Eriş guard post at the border to Zap region of guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones shelled Xeregol and Gundê Zerê areas between 09.00 – 13.30 on October 28.

On the other hand, troops at Bilican guard post shelled the surrounding areas with howitzer, mortar and tank fire between 16.00 - 17.00 and 21.00 – 22.00 on October 28.

HPG also reported intense reconnaissance flights by Turkish UAVs over Garê area of Medya Defense Zones from 19:00 on October 28 to 06:30 on October 29.
