Turkish fighter jets bombed the Kortek area in Qandil last night around 22:45. The bombing targeted civilian zones once more.

The bombardment hit the power lines from Sengesere town and the entrance way to Qandil frequently used by the people. As a result, 30 villages lost power.

The people of Qandil protest the Turkish state attacks, and say that they won’t bow down in the face of these attacks.

The people made a press statement yesterday against the aerial attacks on Qandil and announced that they won’t leave the lands they live on.
