Warplanes of the Turkish army shelled Qandil region of Medya Defense Zones in Southern Kurdistan territory at around 18:00 – 19:00 Friday evening.

While details are not available yet regarding the airstrikes that targeted the surroundings of Qandil’s Enzê and Komtan villages, activity of Turkish reconnaissance aircraft continues in the region.

Turkish jets also bombarded Hill Bahar and Hill Hekarî in Zap region of Medya Defense Zones at around 14:30 Friday afternoon.
