13 years old Ehmed Ehmed was grazing his sheep in the village of Kesra, 30 km east of Serêkaniyê city in Rojava, when he was shot by Turkish soldiers on the border.
Ehmed got heavily wounded as a result of the attack and YPG fighters rushed him to Serêkaniyê Hospital. After being taken under treatment here, the child was later transferred to the Rehmê Hospital in Qamishlo and he remains in a life-threatening condition.
