Two killed as Turkish soldiers shoot protesters in Sheladize

Two civilians died after Turkish soldiers shot people protesting the Turkish military in southern Kurdistan.

The most recent Turkish killed 6 people in Sheladize region of southern Kurdistan, northern Iraq on January 23.

People in Sheladize town in Derelok district stormed the Turkish base in their region on Saturday and set fire to the military equipment.

Local sources report that Turkish soldiers opened fire on the protesters and killed two of them.
