Two kolbars from Eastern Kurdistan crossed into the mountainous border areas of Xêre and Lolan in Hewlêr's Sîdekan district on 28 April. It was learned that warplanes belonging to the Turkish state bombed the group, killing 2 kolbars.

The bodies of the kolbars could not be retrieved from the are due to the threat of attack.

Sîdekan District Governor İhsan Çelebi confirmed the information, but did not disclose the names of the kolbars.
