Two Syrian journalists found brutally murdered in their apartment in Urfa

Two Syrian journalists were brutally killed in the province of Urfa bordering Syria. The murder is guessed to have been committed by the ISIS.

Two Syrian journalists were brutally killed in the province of Urfa bordering Syria. The murder is guessed to have been committed by the ISIS.

The two journalists were found slain with their throats slit in the apartment they lived in Atatürk neighborhood of Urfa's central Haliliye district Friday noon. The throats of the journalists, aged 28-30, were reportedly slit by a knife called 'rambo'.

In the meantime, a Twitter account publishing news from Raqqa posted a report saying; "Two members of ours were found dead in their apartment in Şanlıurfa". The post identified the two journalists as İbrahim and Faris.

Seven Syrian citizens have been taken to police directorate to give their testimonies in relation to the savage murder.

Reports say that both journalists were against the ISIS atrocity and working for a media organ called "Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently The Syrian Campaign Against ISIS and Assad regime in Raqqa".
