The HPG Press Center issued a statement about a YJA Star guerrilla's action against the Turkish soldiers in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area, resulting in the killing of one soldier.

The statement also gave details of the bombing carried out by the Turkish army. The statement reads as follows:

"Şehîd Delîl Western Zap region:

On March 14, at 14:25, the invaders in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area were targeted and shot by our YJA Star forces. One soldier was killed.

Attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with banned explosives;

On March 13, our battle position in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area of the Martyr Delîl Western Zap region was bombed 3 times with explosive-laden drones.

Attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army;

Between 10 and 16 March, the Dergelê, Serê Metîna, Bêşîlî, Şêlazê areas of the Metîna region were bombed 8 times, Şehîd Delîl was 10 times in the Girê Bahar, Girê Cûdî Resistance Area of the Batı Zap region, the Ava Lolanê, Kolît, Girê Şehîd Şerîf area of the Xakurkê region 13 times, Garê region Girê Zengil, Xêrê, Deşta Kafya, Deriyê Hirçê, Sêdarê 6 times, Martyr Îbrahîm Resistance Area of the Zap region were bombed once. In total, the region was bombed 38 times.

On 10 and 11 March, the Kolît and Geliyê Lolanê areas of the Xakurkê region were bombed by combat helicopters."
