Police teams have blockaded the 3rd Street in Cudi neighborhood of Şırnak's Silopi district early this morning despite there taking place no incidents.

Random fire opened by police in the area has left a 22-year-old youth by the name of Hasan Yılmaz heavily wounded in the neck.

Following an initial treatment at Silopi State Hospital, Yılmaz was referred to Mardin State Hospital.

While the police blockade in the neighborhood remains, bullets fired from armored police vehicles have also targeted a number of civil cars on streets.

During the police attack, a huge blast has occurred on 3rd Street, damaging many houses and workplaces around.
