YPG (People's Defense Units) Press Office said in a written statement that the occupant Turkish army continued its attacks on the lands of Rojava – Northern Syria Federation on October 11-12.

Accordingly, Turkish troops opened artillery fire on YPG positions in Til Keyf village of Amûdê at 22:00 on October 11 and the YPG positions in Birkanis village of Dirbesiyê at 11:00 on October 12.

YPG units in Birkanis village retaliated against the attack, which reportedly left one Turkish soldier wounded.

On the other hand, YPG reported, gang groups affiliated to the Syrian National Coalition launched an attack from Azaz targeting the Maranez village in Efrîn Canton in the evening of October 11.
