128 detainees give their statements to the police
18 days before the parliamentary and presidential elections on May 14, dozens of journalists, artists, political party officials and lawyers were taken into custody in several provinces on Tuesday.
128 people detained yesterday (April 25) as part of an investigation launched by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office have begun to give their statements to the police today.
The detainees held in different police stations have begun to give their statements to the police after the lifting of their access to lawyers.
