After the meeting held to open the election office of Labor, Democracy and Freedom Blcok candidate, Selahattin Demirtaþ, police detained 14 people.

As repression against Kurds continue, on Saturday a total of 163 people have been taken into custody by police. Twenty four have been remanded in custody.
